Political Campaigns

We have been working on political campaigns for more than 20 years.  From volunteer positions to designing and directing the campaign as lead consultant, we have consistently worked toward one goal -- put the most votes in the ballot box for our clients.

Over the years we have developed a campaign process which begins with a comprehensive campaign analysis.  In a session with the client and those who may or will play a role in the campaign, we review all aspects of the candidate and/or issue, the campaign, the potential opponents, and the election environment.  Using this information and other research we develop messages, themes, tactics and budgets designed to maximize campaign resources and minimize campaign deficiencies.

We cannot promise a winning campaign.  We can promise that our campaigns get our own personal attention, materials designed specifically for them, and our absolute best effort on their behalf.

Business/Union/Association Clients

The Kern Company has worked for a wide variety of business, union, and association clients to assist them in achieving their goals in the areas of government and politics.

Our clients have asked us to help them gain project approvals, secure contracts, change regulations, develop community support, raise the profile of issues, investigate policies, obtain reports, analyze government actions, do research, get salary increases and additional benefits, and communicate with elected officials and their staffs.  We have done all this and more.

For our clients we have developed strategies, designed tactics, mobilized grassroots support, conducted research including focus groups, surveys, and issues, created and placed advertising and, of course, assisted them in  political and campaign activities.

One of our biggest assets for our clients has been our experience on the staff of elected officials.  We know the world of elected officials and their staffs.  We know the pressures they are exposed to and the factors that motivate them.  This experience and knowledge is at the service of our clients.
